Payment Terms and Billing

Our financial planning subscription is billed monthly at R750 per month. Payment is due in advance and will be automatically charged to your selected payment method.

All fees are non-refundable except as expressly provided in our refund policy. Prices are subject to change with 30 days' notice.

Termination of Service

You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting our customer support team. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately if you violate these terms or engage in prohibited activities.

Upon termination, your access to our services will cease, and you will no longer receive our financial planning content and recommendations.

Service Disclaimers

Our financial planning services are provided for informational and educational purposes only. We do not guarantee specific investment results or financial outcomes.

All investment recommendations are subject to market risks, and past performance does not guarantee future results. You should consult with qualified financial professionals before making investment decisions.

Limitation of Liability

Solmetrixapp shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.

This includes but is not limited to investment losses, missed opportunities, or any other financial damages that may result from following our recommendations.

Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you have paid for our services in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Solmetrixapp from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our services or violation of these terms.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of South Africa, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of South Africa.
